Welcome to the Management Drives questionnaire

You’re about to fill out the Management Drives questionnaire. This will take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Because this questionnaire measures your drives, it is possible that you may find some questions difficult or frustrating while filling out the questionnaire. There are 19 questions and each question contains 6 propositions. You will be asked to divide 12 points amongst the six propositions. Assign the highest number of points to the proposition(s) that appeal to you the most (or you dislike the least). If you wish, you may assign all 12 points to only one or two (or any combination) of the propositions. In any case, you must divide all 12 points.

Use the + or – key to assign points. You will only be able to advance to the next question when you assigned all 12 points.

After completing the questionnaire the results will be processed by Management Drives. The feedback will be given to you as agreed upon with your organization.
