Your test and personal data will only be used for the above purposes.

In the cultural analysis of your team or organization your individual test result will not be recognizable. These are average results of all colleagues. Statistical surveys help us to understand cultures better. For example, we can calculate an average Management Drives profile for all managers in the public sector. This knowledge helps us to increase our understanding of drives and to improve our services.

Your Management Drives profile will be made available to the contact person in your organization. We expect from our partners a professional, respectful, and discrete attitude in providing identifiable test results to others. The privacy policy of your own organization applies here.
